Week of 6/9

This week, I spent most of my time finishing up many of the small parts of the overall design for the rover. As this is the final full week of school, I will not have time to continue with cutting out and printing the various pieces for the rover. Instead I thought that the best idea would be to try and get as much of the things done as necessary. This mainly included fully finishing the design for the differential and how/where it would attach to the suspension. After figuring out how I was going to design the joints for the legs, I was able to finish the design off. For next year I hope to begin with getting pieces printed out and assembled immediately once we get back as all of the major components are now complete.

The besides completing all of the major parts of the design of the rover, I also worked on making sure all of the different files of code and other projects where saved to the cloud for next year. After talking with Mr. Christy, I mentioned uploading my code to Git Hub, which I realized was a good idea. This year I have not used it as much I thought I would be good to make sure to document the various projects I have worked on recently. After getting all of the different code files for the rover onto GitHub, I made sure to add description and other information. Finally, I made sure that my dish cleaning project code was also attached to GitHub to ensure that it was completely updated with all of my projects saved.
